# Welcome to Credentials Portal
> A platform to assist Nazarene districts in their ministerial credentialing process — manage candidates, interviews, mentors, and boards in one place.
Credentials Portal helps districts track the full credentialing journey: from a candidate's first course enrollment through their board interviews, mentor relationship, and final recommendation.
## What you can do
Add candidates, mentors, and board members. Assign roles, tracks, and tags.
Schedule and document board interviews with structured forms, audio recording, and file attachments.
Candidates and mentors can see course completion, track progress, and upcoming requirements.
Send direct messages, group conversations, and district-wide broadcasts.
