Billing is accessible to users with the Billing permission on their role (Admin role by default).

Trial period

New districts start with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. During the trial you have access to all features with no restrictions. When your trial ends, you’ll need an active subscription to continue using the app. A banner will appear in the app as your trial approaches its end date. Activate a subscription

Open Settings → Billing

Click Settings in the navigation, then select Billing.[Screenshot: Billing settings page showing trial status and plan options]

Choose a plan

Select the plan that fits your district’s size and needs. Plan details and pricing are shown on the billing page.

Enter payment details

Click Subscribe to be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your credit card information.[Screenshot: Stripe checkout page with card entry form]

Confirm

After successful payment, your district is activated and billing status updates immediately.

Manage your subscription

Once subscribed, click Manage Billing on the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Update your payment method
  • Change or cancel your plan

What happens if a subscription lapses

If your subscription expires or a payment fails, access to the app is restricted until your subscription is updated. Your data is retained — you won’t lose records — but members won’t be able to log in or use the app until billing is resolved.
