Billing is accessible to users with the Billing permission on their role (Admin role by default).
Trial period
New districts start with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. During the trial you have access to all features with no restrictions. When your trial ends, you’ll need an active subscription to continue using the app. A banner will appear in the app as your trial approaches its end date. Open Settings → Billing

Choose a plan
Select the plan that fits your district’s size and needs. Plan details and pricing are shown on the billing page.
Enter payment details
Click Subscribe to be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your credit card information.[Screenshot: Stripe checkout page with card entry form]
Manage your subscription
Once subscribed, click Manage Billing on the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:- View invoices and payment history
- Update your payment method
- Change or cancel your plan
