This section is for users with the Admin role. Contact your district administrator if you need elevated access.

Admin capabilities

People

Add, edit, and manage everyone in your district. Assign roles, tracks, tags, and custom fields.

Roles & Permissions

Create and customize roles. Control what each role can see and do.

Settings

Configure your district name, language, accent color, and dashboard layout.

Tracks & Courses

Manage credentialing tracks and the courses required for each.

Interview Forms & Boards

Define interview forms, configure boards, and control interview visibility.

Google Sheets

Sync district data to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.

Data Management

Bulk delete data — useful for resetting test data or cleaning up records.

Billing

Manage your subscription plan and billing details.

Admin permission flags

The Admin role grants a set of permission flags. Custom roles can combine these flags in any way:

Inviting people

After adding someone to the district, send them an invitation email so they can log in. See Managing People for step-by-step instructions.
