Interviews in Credentials Portal are structured records that document a candidate’s board interview. They capture form responses, audio recordings, file attachments, and the board’s recommendation. Attach files

Within an interview record, use the File Attachments field to upload supporting materials — quiz results, signed forms, or reference documents.
1

Click the file attachment field

In the interview form, click the File Attachments area.
2

Upload a file

Select a file from your device. You can attach multiple files.[Screenshot: File attachment field with uploaded file thumbnails]

Publish an interview

Publishing makes the interview results visible to the candidate and their mentor.
Only publish an interview when the board’s review is complete and final. Once published, the candidate can see the results (excluding private fields).
1

Open the interview record

2

Click Publish

Click the Publish button or toggle at the top of the interview.[Screenshot: Publish button on the interview record with confirmation prompt]
3

Confirm

Confirm that you want to publish. The candidate will receive a notification.

Private fields

Fields marked private in the interview form are visible only to administrators — they are never shown to candidates or mentors regardless of publish status. Use private fields for internal board notes. [Screenshot: Private field with a lock icon indicating admin-only visibility]
