Sign in with a code

Enter your email

Go to app.credentialsportal.com and enter your email address, then click Send Code.

Check your email

You’ll receive an email containing a 6-digit code. Codes are valid for 10 minutes.[Screenshot: Sample login email with the 6-digit code highlighted]

Enter the code

Type or paste the 6-digit code into the verification screen and click Verify.[Screenshot: 6-digit code entry screen]
The login email also includes a magic link. Click it to sign in instantly without entering the code manually. Magic links are valid for 30 minutes.
If you’re on mobile, tapping the magic link in your email app is often the fastest way to sign in.

Session length

Once signed in, your session stays active for 30 days. You won’t need to log in again unless you explicitly sign out or your session expires.

Sign out

Troubleshooting

Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you’re using the email address your administrator added to your account, then try again. Codes expire after 10 minutes — request a new one if needed.
Codes expire after 10 minutes. Go back to the login page and request a new code. Each new code invalidates the previous one.
