As a member of the Credentials Board, your role in Credentials Portal is to participate in the candidate interview process — reviewing candidate information, conducting interviews, and documenting your board’s findings. What you can do

Conduct Interviews

Fill in interview forms, record audio, and attach supporting files.

Record & Transcribe Audio

Record the interview audio and let AI transcribe and summarize it automatically.

Message Candidates & Mentors

Send direct messages to candidates, mentors, and other board members.

View Candidate Profiles

Review a candidate’s profile, course progress, files, and previous interviews.

Your access is scoped to your assigned board and the candidates who appear before it:

Your board assignment

Your district administrator assigns you to one or more boards. You can only view and conduct interviews for candidates appearing before your board(s). If you believe you’ve been assigned to the wrong board, contact your district administrator.

  2. Review candidates who are scheduled for your board
