Broadcasts are available to administrators with the Broadcasts permission enabled on their role.
Broadcasts let you send a rich-text announcement to everyone in a specific role group — for example, sending a message to all Candidates or all Mentors at once. Unlike group conversations, broadcasts are one-way: recipients can’t reply. Recipients receive the broadcast via:
  • An in-app notification
  • An email (if email notifications are enabled in their preferences)
  • A push notification (if push is enabled)
