Add a person
Click Add Person
Click the + Add Person button in the top-right corner.[Screenshot: Add Person button in the People view]
Fill in their details
Enter at minimum their first name, last name, and email address. You can also set their language preference and assign tags.[Screenshot: Add person form with name, email, and language fields]
Assign roles
Select one or more roles for this person. The role determines what they can see and do in the app.[Screenshot: Role selector showing Admin, Board, Mentor, and Candidate options]
Send an invitation
After adding a person, send them an invitation so they can access the app.Edit a person
Click any person’s name to open their profile. You can edit:- Name, email, language
- Assigned roles, tracks, tags
- Custom fields (fields specific to their role)
- Profile photo
Assign to a track
To track a candidate’s credentialing progress, assign them to a track:Select a track

Archive a person
Archiving removes someone from the active People list without permanently deleting their records.
To view archived people, toggle the Show Archived filter in the People list.
