Understanding the feedback

The board’s written feedback is meant to help you grow. Common fields include:
  • What the committee appreciated about your interview
  • Areas to work on — suggestions for continued development
  • Committee recommendation — whether the board recommends you for credentials at this time
Some fields are marked “private” and visible only to district administrators. You will not see these, even in published interviews. This is by design and does not affect your access to the publicly-shared feedback.

Audio recordings

If the board recorded the interview and the administrator has made it available, you’ll see an audio player in the interview record. You can:
  • Listen to the recording
  • Read the AI-generated transcript
  • Read the AI-generated summary

Notifications

You’ll receive a notification (email and/or push, based on your preferences) when an interview result is published. See Notification Preferences to manage how you’re notified.
