Notification types

NotificationWhen it’s sent
New messageSomeone sends you a direct or group message
Broadcast receivedAn admin sends a district-wide broadcast to your group
Interview publishedYour interview results are published (candidates)
InvitationYou’re invited to join the district

Manage your preferences

Open Notification Preferences

Go to your profile (click your name or avatar in the top-right) and select Notification Preferences.[Screenshot: Account menu with Notification Preferences highlighted]

Toggle notification channels

For each notification type, enable or disable:
  • Email — delivered to your registered email address
  • Push — delivered as a browser or mobile push notification

Save your preferences

Changes are saved automatically as you toggle each option.

Enable push notifications

To receive push notifications, your browser needs permission.

Allow browser notifications

When prompted by your browser, click Allow to enable push notifications.[Screenshot: Browser permission dialog requesting notification access]

Confirm in preferences

Once allowed, push notification toggles will become active in your notification preferences.
Push notification availability depends on your browser and device. If you don’t see the push option, try a different browser or check your device’s notification settings.

Unsubscribe from all

To stop all notifications, disable every toggle in Notification Preferences. You’ll still be able to see messages and updates when you log in to the app.
