Update your information

Open your profile

Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the app, then select Profile.[Screenshot: Account menu with Profile option highlighted]

Edit your details

Update your first name, last name, or preferred language. Your email address is managed by your district administrator.

Save changes

Click Save to apply your changes.

Change your profile photo

Open your profile

Navigate to your profile as described above.

Upload a photo

Click your current avatar (or the avatar placeholder) and select a photo from your device. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG.[Screenshot: Avatar upload area with click-to-upload prompt]

Crop and confirm

Use the crop tool to frame your photo, then click Save.[Screenshot: Photo cropping interface]

Change your language

Your language setting controls:
  • The language the app interface is displayed in
  • The language used when messages are auto-translated to you
To change it, go to your profile and select a language from the Language dropdown.
Credentials Portal supports 90+ languages. Messages sent by others are automatically translated into your selected language.
