Find your candidates
Filter by your candidates
Your assigned candidates will be visible. You can search by name or filter by the Candidate role.[Screenshot: People list filtered to show only candidates assigned to the mentor]
What you can see on a candidate’s profile
| Section | What’s shown |
|---|---|
| Basic info | Name, email, language, photo |
| Track | Enrolled track and progress percentage |
| Courses | Which courses are completed and when |
| Extra criteria | Workshop attendance, background checks, etc. |
| Files | Uploaded documents |
| Interviews | Published interview records (no private fields) |
| Tags | Tags assigned by the administrator |
Review a published interview
When a board interview is published, you can read the results — including the committee’s written feedback and recommendation.Go to the Interviews tab

You can only see published interviews. Unpublished or in-progress interviews are not visible to mentors. Private fields (marked admin-only) are also hidden.
Track progress
Each candidate’s profile shows a visual breakdown of their track progress:- Courses completed vs. required
- Years served (if applicable)
- Extra criteria completed
